Vicki Igou, CEO of Save-A-Life Educators, Inc. has always been passionate about empowering people to feel confident to Save a Life. “Throughout the years I have had many people call to say, thank you, because they had to use the skills they were taught in one of our trainings, and were able to help that person. For me personally, I can’t think of anything more rewarding than teaching people how to save a life.”

Save-A-Life Educators, INC. does not use volunteers for their instructors and carefully hand picks quality instructors. The work ethic of the company has always been superior to others. Vicki and Company conduct themselves professionally and are sensitive to the needs of others. They have a genuinely caring attitude and warmth that makes it easy for you to feel empowered once you finish the training program.

Vicki founded Save-A-Life Educators, Inc. in February of 1994 and her company is continually growing and striving towards excellence. Vicki is a retired Fire Captain with over 14 years of experience in the Fire Service, including EMT-D certification (emergency medical technician – defibrillator). She has a teaching credential through the community colleges, and a degree in Fire Science. She has been an American Heart Association (AHA) instructor /affiliate for over 17 years.

Chris Hess is the Vice President of Save-A-Life Educators, INC. and has been the co-owner of the company since 1994. She is a retired Fire Captain with 30 years of service and during that time she acquired her EMT Certification. Chris has a teaching credential through the community colleges and is an AHA instructor. She is a confident, dynamic, and passionate instructor.
