Kelly Ancoin

Kelly AuCoin is currently appearing in recurring roles on Netflix’s “House of Cards” and FX’s “The Americans”.  He has also guest starred on several other TV series, including “Person of Interest”, “The Following”, “Unforgettable”, “Elementary”, “Blue Bloods”, “Body of Proof”, “Gossip Girl”, “White Collar”, “The Good Wife”, “Law & Order: CI”, “The Sopranos”, “Kings”, “Without A Trace”, “Untitled Jersey City Project” (FX miniseries), “Good God” (Comedy Central miniseries), “The Actress” (web series), and many “Law & Order” episodes. His film credits include Julie & Julia, The Kingdom, All That I Am (SXSW Special Jury Award; Ensemble Acting), Police State, The Music Never Stopped, Rocksteady, and The Word. Kelly received strong reviews as a “nicely nasty” (Clives Barnes, NYPost) Octavius Caesar on Broadway opposite Denzel Washington in Julius Caesar, and toured with the first national company of Copenhagen. His many Off-Broadway credits include The Wayside Motor Inn (Signature Theatre / d. Lila Neugebauer), The Call (Primary Stages/Playwrights Horizons / d. Leigh Silverman), Radiance (LAByrinth / d. Suzanne Agins) Some Men (Second Stage / d. Trip Cullman), Boy (Primary Stages / d. Joe Calarco), Happy Now? (Primary Stages / d. Liz Diamond), Jailbait (Cherry Lane / d. Suzanne Agins), The Ladies Of The Corridor (13th St. Theatre / d. Dan Wackerman), and The Fifth Column (Mint Theater / d. Jonathan Bank). He has played several of the country’s foremost regional theaters, including most recently at La Jolla Playhouse in Blood & Gifts (d. Lucie Tiberghien) and A Dram Of Drummhicit (d. Christopher Ashley) and Finks (d. Charlie Stratton) with New York Stage & Film.  He is a former member of the Oregon Shakespeare festival acting company. Kelly frequently works with New River Dramatists and the Lark Theatre Company, contributing to the development of new American plays. He is on the faculty of the Einhorn School of Performing Arts at Primary Stages (ESPA), and a member of the Actors Center Workshop Company.
