Arm knitting was so much fun! I thought I'd be nervous and lost, coming in without muck knitting experience, but the instructor made the whole experience comfortable and easy to follow. I loved that I was able to make something I could take home with me and wear, then take it apart and make something new again with the yarn from class as practice. I was excited to meet new people after such a long hiatus from social activities and learn a new skill in the afternoon. Would be thrilled to take more classes at this location.

I think that the instructor was extremely knowledgable and patient with all the questions that were asked regarding the steps to creating the piece. The project itself was really nice and was a perfect amount of time to make it. I am glad that we will be sent a video of the process, as I would like to create it again using different material. I would definitely take another class with this instructor.

Te instructor was patient and used her camera to ensure we could see each step. I wish we had gotten more detail about the yarn rather than just telling us what to purchase from their store. I had tons of yarn so I didn’t buy any and didn’t understand that the technique works better with thicker yarn, or that I needed two balls and not one.

I did arm knitting course today with Amelia and she was fantastic! She was friendly, helpful and welcoming and repeated everything several times so could learn. She helped us too along way with helping with issues that popped up.

The instructor was great, and I love Brooklyn Craft Co. I only wish the class size had been a little smaller, or perhaps there had been a second instructor or assistant, to minimize the time spent waiting for someone to check on how we were doing and answer questions. But I would still recommend the class anyway!

The teacher was not able to teach me. She might have been good for the other students, but for me it did not work. I am a visual learner and somewhat slow at that. She helped me about four times with the first steps, but it was a speedy Gonzales type of help. After one hour I decided to leave the class. It became obvious that I would go nowhere with the instructor. I came home, went to YouTube and learned the steps to knit. I really did not want to waste my time nor the instructor’s. Some people have no patience if you are not a quick learner and to make matters worse flying thru with the instructions does not help.

Great class! I made a beautiful scarf. Wool a little pricey. Overall an enjoyable way to spend a rainy say afternoon. Would recommend to friends and family.

I had such a great time in their beginner knitting class. The teacher Amelia was encouraging and really patient with each and everyone of us. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn a new craft. I left the class with a new skill and eager to come back for more classes.

The work space was very communal. The class was the perfect size, any bigger and it would be very hard to learn and get individual attention. The teacher was very friendly and patient.

This was a great class. Very easy craft to learn. You will walk out with a completed scarf. Very relaxing and social. The instructor was great. Offered one on one help continuously as she insured the progression of each attendee. Thank you very much. My only suggestion is to offer attendees the opportunity to bring their own yarn or purchase at location. The yarn purchased at location is of excellent quality but choices were limited and a little pricy.

Small class of 4 beginners, Adrienne the teacher was great- went slow and helped each one of us. The 3 hours flew by but we left with some resources to check out on our own and instructions for finishing our project.
