This 6-hour course provides an overview of Agile principles and the Scrum approach to Agile – in an industry-agnostic fashion. Hence, the course is not only focusing on IT & digital challenges, but how Agile & Scrum can help in business settings as well. Therefore, it will provide you with an understanding of both technical and business staff who may be involved in an Agile project.
Various exercises will acquaint you with Agile and Scrum practices and help you understand the differences between current linear processes and the Agile approach. The capstone experience at the end is a 1.5 hrs. simulation of an actual Scrum project, using LEGO© bricks to facilitate the journey.
