What you'll learn in this spirituality class:
The sanctuary of the heart is an intimate personal retreat guided by popular Hay House author, McLean. It is designed to help you cultivate more self-awareness, integrity, and compassion for yourself and others. Through practices and discussion, rediscover the loving, open, connected person you really are.
Experience solid ways to rediscover and connect to your inner sanctum through meditation and contemplative heart-centered practices such as mindfulness, self-inquiry, and focused attention.
These two half-day experiences give you the opportunity to practice specific techniques to deepen a new or existing meditation practice that is heart-centered. Time is alloted for sharing your experiences and gaining personal support.
Day 1
Discover and experience how to hone the power of your attention through mindfulness practices and how the state of meditation changes and improves the function of your brain. Explore a variety of experiences you can have during meditation–even falling asleep— and the five essentials for a successful personal meditation practice.
Practice heart-centered exercises connect to the sanctuary of your heart. Bear witness to whatever is happening inside and around you with mindful body awareness practices. When under stress find out how to use Peacefinder Practices™. Acquire easy ways to evoke more contentment, gratitude, and presence in your life.
Day 2
Connect to your true nature with a heart mantra meditation to establish deep stillness within you. Employ the power of affirmations and self-compassion. Take a glimpse of whom you truly are beyond the limits of labels and self-image with self-inquiry. Create your new normal for the true transformational power of your attention and intention. Inquire into thoughts that keep you stuck. Apply keys to create a sustainable practice.
These meditation and mindfulness techniques can forever enhance your life with more calmness, openness, and clarity. Discover keys and confidence to maintaining a sustainable routine to stay connected to your heart and your personal guidance system. Create a stronger more sustainable practice to reap the joy of living in a heart-centered space.
This course is available on Zoom. You will be emailed a Zoom link closer to the time of the class. The course will be recorded and you will receive a link to watch it.
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
Classes are non-transferable. Any refund request must be made within 15 business days of the first class of a course. A 5% processing fee will be applied towards refund requests.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
