After that, Kira, Comfy Fitness owner, takes a mind-body approach of the pelvic floor, practicing exercises that strengthen and create endurance. These exercises also create stronger lines of communication from brain to pelvis so you can call on them when you need them, whether for a sexy rendezvous or a simple sneeze!
