Join Advanced Sommelier Mary Ross in this virtual class, and learn the secrets of successful wine and cheese pairing in this tasting of 5 prominent cheese styles mixed-&-matched with 5 wines. This seminar is fun and delicious for all wine and food lovers!
To enhance your experience, we recommend you’re tasting the same wines with Mary Ross during class. Reserve your wine package now, and indicate when you would like to pick it up at Lincoln Square prior to the class. We'll have it ready when you arrive, and you'll pay for the wines at pickup.
We also recommend you have on hand the same cheeses Mary will be speaking to in class for a full tasting experience; details about the food are included in the class.

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
