Virtual - Authentic Indian Vegetarian

I took Mukti's virtual "Authentic Indian Vegetarian" class and had a great time. Mukti took time to explain the value of Indian cuisine and explained all the main spices used in Indian cooking and their benefits. The dishes were delicious and healthful. I would recommend doing as much prep ahead of time as you can in terms of chopping vegetables and having everything ready...the class moves pretty fast but you get three great dishes by the end of it.

This was my second class with Mukti. I am loving them. She's lovely. I really like that she has multiple camera angles set up. It's easy to see and follow along. Already signing up for the next class. yum

Mutki is amazing and this class was an absolute joy. Not only will she take you through the cooking process step by step but she will also provide great cooking tips, like how to make your pan non stick with salt, what kind of pans to use, where to buy your spices and how important it is to toast and grind the whole spices. Her joy and love of cooking is infectious. She constantly checks to see how you are doing, answers all questions, and patiently goes back over the steps if you fall behind. Mutki will send you the basic recipes in advance along with a list of ingredients and amounts. To get the most out of the class, read her information over and chop and prep as much as you can in advance as she suggests. You will be preparing three dishes in the class which are quite doable especially if you prepare. These delicious dishes were so much better than take-out.
