Yeast Bread 101

In this workshop trained chef and baking instructor, Kristin "Baker Bettie" Hoffman, will walk you through the process of baking bread by hand. You'll learn exactly what all of the ingredients do and why they play such an important part in the process. You'll learn the basic mixing methods and master recipes that we will use to shape and bake a variety of breads. Participants will be given recipes and ingrdient lists prior to the class so they can bake along if they like. The live stream will also remain available for participants to watch at a later time.

Please note: 

This class will be hosted in a private Facebook group and all participants must have a facebook account to participate. This makes the event accessible at later dates for all who attend and gives a space for all the materials to be kept in one place.

Materials Needed for this Class: 

If you want to bake along live you will only need a large mixing bowl, several baking sheets, and either a digital scale or measuring cups. A list of ingredients will be sent to you the week before class.
