Justin Cheong is a multidisciplinary designer, illustrator and educator. As a human-centred designer, Justin believes the path to better experiences is best forged through behavioural understanding and creative problem solving.

Justin is currently an illustrator for Thinking Design by Adobe, a blog that features stories and interviews with designers such as Mike Monteiro and Don Norman. Justin is also a service design lead at Australian Unity, where he is researching and piloting new services aimed at improving the wellbeing of older adults.

In his remaining time, Justin provides consulting and training services for design teams, with a bent towards sketching in design and visual thinking.
