I’ve been in marketing for about 4 years now. Although I’ve ingested so much information, it has been a challenge for me to use this information in a way that allows me to present my business in a captivating way, consistently land the right clients, and scale the business by getting these clients to believe in me and invest in me. Geraldy really teaches you how to dig deep and pull out the version of yourself that’s needed to gain control of these instances in your life. Ultimately, it’s like taking a fast paced psychology class. I uncovered the different personal and professional flaws that have been holding me back from putting my best foot forward. I also learned about the typical mental blockades you face in conversations with others and how to combat that.You learn that you can definitely control the outcomes of most situations. This class was amazing, Jean Baptiste is a really good trainer with field experience. He provides personalized training, advice, and do group exercise. He took the time to do one by one feedback and demystified quickly my vision of sales. I honestly and sincerely find him really accurate with his presentation. I really enjoyed this class and I really recommend it if you want to improve your sales skills, client relations and get more closing deals. He also shared a list of essentials resources to have. Geraldy was amicable and insightful. His sales workshop covers from high-level mindsets needed to be successful at anything to specific sales tactics that you can use immediately. I also like how he shared personal stories throughout the course.

Geraldy has a non-traditional way of teaching. His style of teaching resonated in such a way because he was personable with the audience. He related sales tips to a variety of scenarios that were directed to each attendees business endeavors. Overall good class. I was able to walk away with a good amount of sales tips that will help in my career today and in the future.

My strong suits have always been creativity and coming up with new ideas but building a successful business does not stop there. I have so much to learn about marketing and sales, it's often been intimidating to me and this is where Geraldy has been most helpful with his expertise and experience. He loves what he does, he is good at it, and his focus on training the subconscious mind is encouraging. Participating in his workshop has given me clarity, practical information, new books to add to my reading list, and the confidence to move forward with ease and enthusiasm. I left with some homework and the inspiration to take the next steps that will keep me on track and in alignment with my goals.

Geraldy Jean-Baptiste gives an overview of over 15 years of experience in the field. I believe most of the growth comes from each one of us but sometimes we need an extra push and if you're looking for that push and that light at the end of the tunnel Geraldy will be able to help you. Due personal reasons he had to cancel for 2 Sundays and when I finally got to go, on the third Sunday, I already had something else scheduled so I ended up getting 1 hour late for the class. I was the only one to show up that Sunday but he was kind enough to give me the full length of the class and give me basically a private lesson. However, unfortunately, since I'm not a sales person I was looking forward to meet other people, connect and hear their experiences and have a group discussion about the class.

Extremely amazing, as a business owner I allow myself to learn and build everyday, the knowledge they provided is as equivalent to teaching a man/woman how to fish, as you will be able to feed your knowledge for life. SpeedyX Could not be more happy with the experience we brought back to Maryland.

If you want the best results on how to succeed in the entrepreneurship arena, I recommend you take this class. Geraldy has given me the confidence and breakdown that I was looking for in planning my execution towards success. He gives you every single bit of important information in which will make you prepare moving forward in life and you will produce results. Now I know where my path is going to lead to after having taken unleash your sales greatness.

I went in with 0 sales knowledge so it was a lot to take in but the course is well organised and it is easy to take notes and the follow up is great. The presenter definitely knows his stuff I can't imagine you could leave without learning something.

Geraldy is simply the best in the field. I work in sales in fine arts, and this course was VERY helpful, informative, as well as inspiring. There's no reason not to take it if you wish to advance your career - honestly I think everyone should take this class regardless of whether they are in sales or not. Class was great! Geraldy is very generous with his time and information. It's both educational and experiential. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants to move forward in sales and marketing.

I would have given this class a higher rating, but the mediocre star reflects my experience with the coursehorse service specifically. I originally signed up for a class on a Wednesday evening. I received an email saying the class had been rescheduled. I responded that I would still like to attend. I never received a response, confirmation or any phone number for contact. It was only because I looked online myself that I realized the class time had been changed a Second time!! On top of that the instructor turned up late... Having said all of that, the class itself was informative and useful and I am pleased with Mr. Jean-Baptiste's follow up and hope to continue a working relationship. This was my first experience with coursehorse. I can only hope that my "ball dropped" situation was an anomaly and not the way coursehorse normally handles business. I am more than happy to give you guys a second chance and see how it goes.

Money well spent! The information obtained at workshop is worth every penny. I am new to the sales arena, a dog food start-up. Geraldy clearly is a professional! Workshop consisted of sales techniques, technologies, and statistics to paint a clear picture to me about what sales is really about! I appreciate the real world approach and with no hesitation referred my colleagues to join. Two thumbs up!

Geraldy is a very real life informative instructor. The information shared has already transformed my mindset for the better and have seen changes just a day late! His role playing exercise was very helpful -- we were asked to write an elevator pitch, and practice our presentation. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking for a boost in their sales careers.

I already emailed but this is the first time we've used Coursehorse for professional development training for our Ovenly staff. The feedback was incredibly disappointing and we would like a refund: "The trainer arrived 35 minutes late to the training session which caused the session to end by 4:40 instead of 4pm. The power point presentation he used contained valuable information and statistics however his presentation was unprofessional. He cursed on several occasions and made sexist comments towards women. As an example of how to customize pitches to different audiences he stated: For example, women do not like to be told what to do so you have to lead them to and compliment them to make it seem like they are making the decision. These comments made me uncomfortable. Overall, I was able to take away some useful tips and created a 30 sec elevator pitch but I did not enjoy the overall training course. The cursing and comments really deterred me from participating." Please let me know how this will be addressed. It is very concerning.

Geraldy is the man there is no other way to say it. I took his sales class over a week ago and I am still rushing with new found energy for the pursuit of my sales career. And I know this momentum will continue in the days months weeks and years to come. His teaching style is laid back and real. Which are two major characteristics that anyone good at sales will posses. I found myself highly motivated after this class to just get to work! The instructor, Geraldy, got me to appreciate certain subtleties in words that can change the course of sale. Indeed, turn a "no" into a "yes". I was able to see where I was doing myself a disservice in my own sales pitch. I have seen a difference this very week since I have applied what I've learned here. The class also served as a fresh reminder and reinforcer of some of the sales techniques that I had already knew. It was absolutely worth my time!

Mr. Geraldi was very precise and he gave me a couple of sales tips that will help me not only in that field, but in daily life situations.

The sales concepts were very well taught by the speaker because they relate to real world issues and situations that we come across, or will eventually come across.

Being relatively new in the field of sales (industrial equipment), I wanted to take this class to get more insight and tips on what techniques and strategies are being used today in sales and marketing. I am a previous hairstylist and educator so yearly professional development has always been very important to my career. Geraldy really helped stress the importance of presenting value in your product (and yourself) and creating trusting relationships with your customers/clients. Aside from the actual sales process, he goes over motivation and staying positive, which can definitely get lost when you have to meet numbers! He seems to actually care about the success of his students and leaves the class open-ended so that you're able to reach out afterwards, if needed. He also recommends 3 books that changed his career in sales for the better (I haven't gotten to them yet but I will today). Since the classes are small, he gets to know a little bit about you, too, so if you took this class once or twice a year, it's definitely a nice push of motivation and he's there to help you along the way to correct bad habits and create good ones.

I am in photography, and decided to take this workshop to boost my sales; which is not my strong suit. After attending this course I left with a clear understanding of the sales cycle and how to prospect and build my pipeline. I was taught different techniques to over come rejections and ultimately close the deal. I was given names of 3 different sales books that will enhance my selling power! I would recommend this workshop to any business owner/ entrepreneur that does not come from a sales background and is looking to close more deals!
