E. Maye Smith-Beauchamp studied under ikebana master Fumiko Allinder and received her teache's certification from the Sogetsu School of Japan. She is on the board of directors of Sogetsu NY Branch and Ikebana International NY. Her work has been exhibited in art galleries and museums throughout the metropolitan area.
