What you'll learn in this web development course:
How do you navigate the waters of finding employment as a developer? Where do I start? What do I need to know? What does a typical day look like in the web development industry?
If you’ve taken our courses on specific areas of software development using JavaScript (or learned those skills some other way) you may wonder "How do I start my career and get a job?".
This course will detail the preparation behind getting you “interview ready” as a software developer. You’ll need to know how to develop your network, solve algorithms, build your portfolio, and speak about your skill sets... all of which you’ll learn about in this class.
This course has a prerequisite
Students should be comfortable programming JavaScript, with experience equivalent to our JavaScript Development Certificate.
