Divya Alter, master chef, nutritional consultant and co-owner of the acclaimed vegetarian eatery, Divya’s Kitchen, will draw from her brand new book, What to Eat for How You Feel, to share tips on how to realistically adapt the ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic approaches to food to the contexts of contemporary life and modern Western palates.

- different methods of food preparation;
- how to customize the use of healing spices for individual needs;
- how to get the highest quality ingredients;

- Refunds are available minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 11 business days prior to the first day of the program.
- Course credits are available, minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 3 business days prior to the first day of the program.
*The processing fee for cancellation is $15 for programs costing less than $250, and $35 for programs costing $250 and up.
