What you'll learn in this kids yoga class:

Toddler Yoga class is a great way to enjoy yoga while bonding with your little one (walking-5). Through fun and relatable animal poses, kids learn about their bodies in space and further develop listening/focusing skills.

Explore yoga together with your toddler through games, music, and lots of fun. The class is designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength through the foundation of the breath. This class will explore yoga through fun music that transports your and your child and ignites both your imaginations. This is a great opportunity for Mommies or Daddies and your little ones to interact with other families building a wonderful sense of community.

This is for toddlers walking up to 5 years.
