Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy for Art Courses

In-Person Classes

Creatively Wild Art Studio is not in a position to offer any make ups or rescheduling in our in-person classes as spots are extremely limited and booked in advance. If you know 48 hrs in advance that you are unable to attend your enrolled class please email us and we will be able to release the class spot to another student and do our best to offer rescheduling options to you.

• Please note rescheduling is NOT guaranteed and will incur additional fees.
• If rescheduling is offered, it will be in another class that has availability. We do NOT lengthen your session by adding extra classes to the end of the semester as they interrupt our curriculums and class calendar.
• All rescheduling must be within your current enrollment period and rescheduling does NOT carry over into new semesters. We don't lengthen your session or add on extra classes as they interrupt ur curriculums and class calendar.

• If you fail to notify us in time (at least 48 hrs in advance of your enrolled class) you are marked as a no show and NOT entitled to any rescheduling, credit or refunds.

• Please note we do not accept verbal notification or last minute personal texts or phone calls to members of staff, for example if you tell a teacher you are not attending the week before this will not serve as a notification or if you ring the studio last minute.
• You must email the studio in writing of your rescheduling request at least 48 hrs in advance.

Additional Fees apply

• Please note there is a $25 Fee to make any changes to an existing registration.
• In the circumstance that you are cancelling your full enrollment, you must give us at least one week’s notice via Email. Please note there is a $75 Fee on all full class course cancellations.

PLEASE NOTE during the ongoing crisis, if a class is cancelled due to situations beyond our control, for example severe restrictions by the government or further lockdowns, CWAS will not be issuing any refunds for any bookings, instead you will be offered the option of transferring your camp to an ONLINE activity. We will also offer you the option of a credit which will be valid for one year from date of purchase and used on any of our upcoming classes or activities, you will also have the option to transfer this credit into a Gift Certificate to gift to someone if you prefer.

Online Class

Creatively Wild Art Studio is not in a position to offer any make ups or rescheduling in our Zoom classes. Our instructors are professional and booked in advance and cannot be cancelled last minute.

• If rescheduling is offered, it will be in another class that has availability not in the class you are enrolled in. We do NOT lengthen your session by adding extra classes to the end of the semester as they interrupt our curriculums and class calendar.

We are sorry these policies may seem strict but we simply cannot run our programs to suit everyone’s personal schedule or changes in their calendars.

We do our best to accommodate you where we can as long as you give us enough notice, we will do our best.
