What you'll learn in this wine tasting class:
Complete Course Title: "Introductory Wine Class: The One-Hour California Red Wine Expert".
Almost 50 years ago, Kevin hitchhiked from New York to California, visiting the few quality wineries (all 24 of them!) that existed at that time. Today, there are more than 3,300 wineries! The United States is the number one consumer of wine in the world, and California is the largest producer of wines in the US.
You will taste and discuss wines from Napa (both Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot), a cool-climate Pinot Noir and a powerful Zinfandel.
