If you must withdraw fewer than 7 business days before the class, we will refund your fee only if your space can be filled from a waiting list. If BBG must cancel a course, you will be notified as early as possible and will receive a full refund. BBG cancels classes with insufficient registration approximately one week before the start date, so register early!
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
