"Bistro" experience: You will learn how to make a full meal from
scratch, easy to do at home! - Different Menu available, enjoy a
wonderful FULL meal!
What will you learn to make in the class?
will work in a small group in our state-of-the-art kitchens to create
from scratch the following menu: Quiche & Lava Cake OR Tomate
Farcie & Profiteroles
Itinerary of Events:
Once everyone arrives, the host will welcome them with an introduction
and a fun ice breaker before going over event schedule and offer soft
drinks and snacks
2) Next the group will be divided into teams to watch a series of demonstrations from the pros.
3) Each team will then be equipped with sweet pantry ingredients and the hands-on work will start.
