Question from Anonymous
Can couples attend this together? Also (for religious considerations), is it possible to substitute or simply not use the pancetta in the one recipe? Thank you!
Answer from Georgia C. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi there! Yes, of course, the school wouldn't split the couple. If the client means if more than one couple can work together during preparation, it depends on the size of the party. If the group is over ten people, the school would split the group into two smaller teams lead by different chefs. That being said the school always tries to keep all people belonging to the same group together.
Answer from Georgia C. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
About the dietary restrictions: you would still work on the same sauces with the whole group but the school may serve alternative options to the clients with dietary restrictions at mealtime.
