What you'll learn in this more art class:
1.5 Day Perfume Construction Workshop in Red Hook, Brooklyn with guest artist Emily Endo.
“Perfume straddles the line between the tangible and intangible, the earthly and the ethereal, the real and the magical.” – Mandy Aftel
In this sensory workshop, instructor Emily Endo will introduce the fundamentals of perfume construction and design using both natural and synthetic scent materials. The class will guide students through perfume formulation and structure, material families, extraction processes, and blending methods. Participants will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of aroma molecules and high quality botanical essences. Each student will leave with their own custom blended perfume. Additionally, the class will delve into fragrance history and its intersections with glass from both functional and conceptual perspectives.
Refund Policy
- If you cancel 4 business days in advance you will receive a full refund less cancellation fee.
- All other cancelations within that window will not be refunded.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
