A cuerpaso (which roughly translates in Spanish to "hot body") is something you might end up with after a committed workout regimen of soccer drills and dancing barefoot on the Santa Monica Beach sand. At Cuerpaso Beach Camp, personal and celebrity trainer Tadeo Arnold caters to those of us who hate working out in sweaty gyms and boot camps. A fusion of Latin dance and soccer, it's a high-intensity, 60-minute, fat-burning, muscle-toning, fun escape to Latin America. Soccer knowledge is not required, although after a few weeks you might find yourself bending it like Beckham, and then some.
