The class was really well planned out with everything ready to go. Alex, the instructor, was really good about explaining not only how to cook the recipes, but also why the ingredients/techniques worked. And the food was really good at the end.

Well done. Chef Tony led the class, supported by Chef Lisa and Chef David. It was a helpful, insightful class, even for a seasoned home cook. Lots of focus on technique with personal input from the roaming chefs.

I really loved my class. The experience was great. Chef Erin is a great instructor. She was very patient and clear with her teaching and her demos. She was very hands on. She made sure we all had good bread products. The people that assisted her with helping us were great. They were watching us very closely most of the time we didn't see them watching. They would show up before you could make a mistake. I also enjoyed right before the end Chef giving more baking instructions and giving us time to ask any questions about baking bread. In the short six hours we were there she gave us a great wealth of her baking knowledge. I definitely will be taking more baking classes in the near future.

I learned a great deal in this knife skills class. Our instructor, David, obviously is a very talented chef. He did a great job sharing his encyclopedic knowledge about kitchen knives and demonstrating to the class how to handle the knife and use it appropriately and safely.

I enjoyed this class! I thought the chefs were very informative and helpful. I received a good education about knives in addition to being able to actually take home all of my chopped veggies, which i have since used here at home. My suggestion for future classes would be to have stools for sitting for the education portion of the class them removing them when time to do the cutting where we really needed to be on our feet. Standing for 2 hours didn't feel good and a couple of people actually complained to me. Pictures were discouraged but I really would have liked to have some of me during this class and if there was some way you could allow us to take pics during some part of the class, maybe a break where we could use our cellphones but being aware of your caution of NOT using stabbing motions or any motion considered "knife negative", I know would have added to my enjoyment. I give this class a B+

It was a very useful, practical, fun, and informational class. I loved learning a broad overview of different knives commonly found in a home kitchen. Moreover, the practice of skillfully and safely cutting/dicing/slicing and holding the vegetables, was immensely helpful. Such a great class and a life skill everyone should learn!

The Knife Skills class was great! The instructor was helpful and personable; his instruction was clear, precise, and based on professional expertise. Good pace. Hands-on. Lots of practice during the class. My husband and I left the class with improved knife skills, baggies full of chopped veggies to be used in a provided recipe, and all 20 of our fingers!

I took the vegan desserts course here and it was a wonderful experience. Unlike other "hands-on" cooking studios, I learned a lot in this class and was able to actually BE hands-on with the ingredients. The instructors were patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, were very open about the fact that we were all learning some new things together. It's a shame there weren't more folks in the class, I'd love to do more vegan cooking classes!
