Class was solid. A little rush but understandable. Maybe split this class into 2 classes. It would also be helpful if the course detailed the parking options. We had no idea where to park.

He is a great teacher but this class is more for someone who is in the industry and knows more about because one day isnt enough.

I thought the class was great and the instructor was a kind knowledgeable person. Only difference that I would have liked was for the course to be more beginner friendly. I know it was a beginners course, but I mean even more broken down. It was a lot of information at one time as expected, but that information needs to be dissected a bit more (baby steps). Maybe even a memory game (yes like grade school) to help remember some of the vocabulary or some kind of fun math puzzles to help remember/break down the formulas.

I've enjoyed every class I've taken through CourseHorse except for this one. The instructor am very aloof and scatterbrained, continuously introducing advance concepts that he repeatedly said we would not need. Would not fully explain the content he review and had to be asked by several students to repeated what information he rushed through. And his $20 material feels were his PowerPoint slides printed in an outline version for the students. Utterly disappointing.

This was a great class with a great teacher! Kevin Farmer was terrific...he covered a lot of information, but, simultaneously, he took the time to go over more difficult topics. I am really glad I came from Orange County to be in this class.

Question from Marissa N.
Are computers provided?
Answer from Brenda L. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi Marissa! The Bookkeeping/Accounting Analysis & Concepts class is a lecture class and does not require a computer.
Answer from lucianne g. Verified Student
No computer needed. It really is a summary of accounting and it's an application to business so if you have a business it reminds you of the importance of keeping your accounts in order and if you don't have a business it makes you realize you might need a little more knowledge. It's about how accounts-- good or bad -- affects the business. They go over numbers with different scenarios applicable to business.
