Description
What you'll learn in this pole dancing class:
In this class the first half you’ll stretch and flex your way to your splits. If you’re a beginner, by taking this class you will get closer and closer to your front and middle splits. After stretching and flexing you’ll learn a quick Floorwork routine and then cool down.
We recommend you to wear short pole shorts, knee pads, and socks. Knee pads is most important!
Refund Policy
Once you have registered for a class or series, we do not issue a refund. If necessary, you may transfer your class to a friend or relative.
If you cancel or change your class prior to 6 hours before the class starts, your class credit will go back into your account for you to use another time. If you cancel within 6 hours before class starts, you will lose the class credit.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
