This is a session for women who are interested in following a healthy life, losing and maintaining their weight! This meetup class brings support to women of all ages and sizes so that we can uplift, motivate and inspire one another. There will be a spiritual self-love quest that will be the foundation of us transforming our bodies and overall image.
As a
Holistic Nutritionist, I have developed a
weight-loss diet I would like to share based on both my research at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, but also from personal experiences.
It is my core belief that you have to know why do you put on weight and why do you want to lose weight before you succeed on any diet. As with everything in my practice and belief system, all transformations must begin with spirituality.
And, after being a
fashion consultant for the last ten years, I can help you feel comfortable in your
body by aligning with the image that is true to you.
This session will be held in my kitchen and we will work on learning:
- How to lose weight.
- How to maintain a stable weight.
- How to find a nutrition path to help you avoid illnesses and increase your quality of life.
- How to discover your image and identify your style.
