Yoga focuses on uniting the body, mind and spirit through movement, breathing and relaxation. Suitable for all ages and abilities, students report increased strength, flexibility, concentration, awareness and overall well-being. The intermediate class builds upon the basics to deepen the student's understanding and knowledge of the yoga practice.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Requests for withdrawal from a class must be received at least three full business days before the first class meeting. Upon request you will receive a credit voucher in the amount of the class, less a $10 service fee per class. The credit voucher is applicable toward a future class and is valid for three years. Full refunds will be granted if a class is cancelled by El Camino College. Please allow four to six weeks for processing.

Requesting a transfer

I never have done yoga before, Would this intermediate class be too difficult for me?

Hi Nicole! If you have never done Yoga before you may want to choose the beginning class simply because it is set up for just that, beginners. However, if you choose Intermediate, perhaps that class time works better for your schedule, you are more than welcome to do that. You should make sure to start off with the modified version of each move and then work your way to completing the intermediate moves.
