Core Conditioning & Stretch is an hour an a half workout class focused on strenghtening the major muscle groups and improving your flexibility. *Please, arrive 10 minutes before the class start to allow the instructor time to set you up with the proper equipment. ** Don't forget to bring your own Yoga mat.

Yoga focuses on uniting the body, mind and spirit through movement, breathing and relaxation. Suitable for all ages and abilities, students report increased strength, flexibility, concentration, awareness and overall well-being. The beginning class teaches breathing techniques and introduces major yoga postures.
IMPORTANT: For campus/in-person classes, vaccination proof and masking in classrooms is required for adult and kid students and staff.
