Join us for a rejuvenating sound bath. We will begin the evening by feeling into the body & breath through a short visualization meditation.
This creates a safe space to open the heart, and tune into the sound frequencies for flow, and focus on any stagnation within your energy bodies for cleansing and healing. A beautiful time to come with an intention in mind that you are looking to bloom into fruition during Spring Equinox.
