What you'll learn in this meditation class:

Use the medicine of breath to travel on a metamorphic journey where we'll move stagnant energy in the body and stuck emotions.

Like a butterfly, we have the potential to undergo the process of metamorphosis. Using the medicine of the breath, we will be taken on a metamorphic journey, as we harness the power of our conscious connected breath, dissolving the ego, and tapping into the subconscious mind. It is in the subconscious mind that we greet our higher selves. In using the breath as a tool and a teacher, we are able to move stagnant energy through the body, release past traumas and stuck emotions, and ultimately find a higher sense of purpose.

This practice is also great to boost the immune system, reset the nervous system, and oxygenate the blood. You will leave this class feeling lighter, brighter, and a more peaceful and authentic version of yourself.

This class/event takes place in our outdoor garden that's equipped with space heaters and blankets, please dress accordingly.
