Refund Policy
A full refund less 5% cancellation fee is issued only if the student has not yet started the class. Once the class has started, the student can apply their tuition to another class but cannot receive a refund. Under certain circumstances, a refund will be considered.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
