What you'll learn in this meditation class:
Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the therapeutic guidance of Cindy to create powerful shifts & awakenings.
After a discussion of the topic, you will be taken down into the state of hypnosis where Cindy will use her communication skills to reach your unconscious mind to create better states and gain more positivity in your life. Hypnosis uses the same brain waves as meditation: alpha and theta. The alpha state creates a restful wakefulness. You will be aware of your environment. The theta state allows new ideas to freely flow in. We are often in this state when doing some sort of activity like going for a run, driving, or taking a shower.
Together these states create relaxation, allowing you to move past blocks while gaining a deep knowing that allows you to create a lasting mindset and pattern change that is powerful and automatic.
