What you'll learn in this art theory class:

As Artisans and Finishers, the knowledge and understanding of basic color theory is crucial to our ability to choose, create, and lead our clients to the best finishes to suit their desires. Shockingly though, too many of us in this industry have no formal training in this area and are "self-taught". Learning these basic principles will help you build awareness to use color more effectively. Stop guessing and learn the fundamental foundations to color and how it works packed with insider secrets. This workshop will give you confidence and a new appreciation for how you develop your artistic craft.
  • Learn the basic principles of color: hue, value, intensity and temperature
  • Learn how to properly mix color
  • You will receive your own FREE color wheel to take home!
Wear paint clothes! Our courses are hands on and paint seems to find its way in places you won't want it. Always make sure to arrive to class in either old or paint clothes so you do not damage nice or new clothing.
