Located on Richmond Avenue between Montrose and the Highway 59 Spur. We are one block away from the downtown Fiesta and the landmark Sears building. Take I-45S to Highway 59S and exit Shepherd. Make a right on Shepherd, a right on Richmond and we are the right after you cross Montrose. Take Highway 59N and exit Richmond. Make a left on Richmond and we are o the left. From I-10 exit Studemont going towards midtown, make a left on Richmond and we are on the right.

Description
Since 2009, we’ve been the alternative to the big box gyms. We offer a variety of exercise classes that vary from Belly Dancing, Zumba, Kickboxing and Pole Dancing aerobics. With both dance and boot camp based classes, there is something on the schedule for everyone.
Our classes are small and will make you feel as though you received a personal training session, yet they’re affordable enough to satisfy the most thin wallet.

We strive to help you meet your goals as our classes are small enough that you feel you are having a private lession with our instructors. You'll make friends easily as you'll get to know the other clients, instructors and staff.
Since we don’t require you to sign contracts, we are as flexible as your life. Drop-in classes are for all levels, which allow you to schedule and attend classes at your convenience.
