Perfect venue, perfect guests! So much fun - I will absolutely be back.

The lesson was very informative and it was all worth the money and time invested. What made the entire class entertaining and informative was the assistance of the instructor. It showed that she was very knowledgeable about her craft. I am looking forward to the next lesson at the Brooklyn Kitchen.

Really fun and educational couple of hours. Taylor was super approachable and knowledgeable, sharing her love for all things food! The only tears I shed are for the hour long commute from my place in Washington Heights to the kitchen in Williamsburg. But I loved the surprise “dinner party” at the end.
-
Only an hour was spent on knife skills. I would have liked a bit more instruction
-
Great experience. I learned several tips that will help my crusts. It was exactly what I wanted. 3,2,1!!!!
Thank you.

Instructor Kim, and her amazing team, Jenny and Nubiae, kept the class swift and clear. We learned the basics of pasta-making, and got the aperitif of true New York love and history. New York is fresh Italian pasta. The simple ingredients composed a meal full of generosity and laughter, mixed with fresh pepper, parsley, and heaps of Romano. We were way too happy and too full by the end. But I'd do it til my belt popped.

Lovely time! Worth every penny!

This class is a must if you want to make sourdough bread. Arnie is a gem and very helpful. The Brooklyn Kitchen is a beautiful location. I absolutely loved it. My bread is proofing in the fridge now! However, I feel like an extra 30 minutes would’ve been helpful.

Great class for beginners - seriously perfect if you need to learn the basics. I'd recommend adding larger and more diverse quantities to chop, including a segment between veggies, fruits, and meats - which would round out the basics for an average home cook well.

We truly enjoyed the cooking class. We loved the place and the entire staff. Eating a meal just freshly prepared was amazing.
-
The instructors and overall class set up was wonderful! It was a really great experience learning about different types of breads and pastries and the science behind the bread making process. The class was helpful for people of all varying backgrounds and levels.
-
We loved this class! The instructors were super helpful and fun.
-
Great class and instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful.
-
Absolutely delightful. Really learnt everything step by step. The equipment was state of the art.
The instructors were super helpful and guiding. They even cooked the pasta we made afterwards and we had a lovely dinner!

I really enjoyed the class. Jessie and her team explained why the recipes worked the way they did. She described where to we could personalize them (sauces/dressings) and where we should not (noodle dough).
Even if you had no experience cooking, you could leave this class with the ability to reproduce what we ate -- which was delicious.
-
Friendly, really kind instructors and staff. Delicious food and easy to follow. Would do again for another date
-
We had a lot of fun and learned how to make a great risotto!
-
Ayla and Brianna were very effective teachers, and just generally good hosts and good sports. I'll be recommending this class to friends, and stopping back to get my knives sharpened.
-
class was nice and intimate and there was a lot of focus on the knife skills - ample time to practice on several vegetables and fruits. Great tips for knife care and how to handle your knife. Enjoyable meal at the end. For knife skills i recommended adding in a tomato in the future, it's a common vegetable and a little harder to cut well since it's so wet inside. :-P :-)

Super fun class, can't wait to do more!
