Description

Event Description:

When you bite into fresh, homemade pasta, there's that pause when you just can't help but stop talking and savor its deliciousness. How can two ingredients taste so sublime?  Well, they do.

Ingredients are sourced from the local farmer's market as much as possible ensuring the best and freshest ingredients around.

Event Itinerary:

  1. You and your friends/clients/coworkers arrive, and we ply you with drinks.
  2. After 15 minutes or so, we gather people around to discuss the menu.
  3. We'll talk through the recipes in some detail then we get to work on the prep for the various parts of the menu. All of this takes place in the dining area on our beautiful butcher block work tables.
  4. We head to the kitchen as needed to get on the stove and in the oven to do our cooking
  5. Finally, we transform the dining area from prep area to one big table for eating and eat together.

What You Will Make / Go Home With:

  • Papperdelle with Creamy Truffled Mushroom Sauce;
  • Linguini a la Vongole (Clam Sauce);
  • Pumpkin Ravioli with Sausage and Sage, and,
  • for dessert, homemade Cannoli.
  • All classes are complimented with local wine and beer

**Note** All menus can be customized leading up to the event based on preferences of the group

Abigail's class was AMAZING! We all had such a fantastic time - I can't recommend this class (and her kitchen) enough.
