GrillzandGranola

GrillzandGranola is a NYC-based fitness company for trap & R&B lovers, merging contemporary music with exercise. From TrapAerobics classes and short workout clips, to R&B stretches and playlists, we’re here to help you learn some new moves and sing some new tunes, nothing less. Trap is all about the bravado of the underdog who’s trying to make to the top. It’s about staying focused on the end goal. We strongly believe that this is a sentiment that most people can identify with, and  it's one that we echo in every class. It’s about abs, dabs, and turning up for a sweat fest.

We combine hi-low aerobics moves with dancing and trap music in a very unique way. Participants are not required to have any background or experience in dance. Plus, all of our movements are gender neutral (no twerking!), in fact, this is the only trap workout class that exists in NYC.

Grillz are synonymous with hip hop and backyard bbq burning. Granola is synonymous with health and fitness, and accessible almost everywhere. GrillzandGranola is a play of words: burning like calories, good for you like fitness.
