ArtEpicure Cooking School

ArtEpicure Cooking School offers aspiring cooks in the greater Boston area, intimate hands-on classes in a variety of kitchen disciplines. We provide a convivial atmosphere for a Birthday, Anniversary, family reunion or just a gathering of friends desiring an alternative to the traditional restaurant experience. Whether your interest lies in traditional cooking, world cuisines or the new techniques in cookery of the 21st. century. ArtEpicure has classes that will educate and inspire.

Our philosophy is based on quality, history, science, tradition and sustainability. Classes are designed to take the techniques and tricks used in the professional restaurant kitchen and make them accessible to the home cook. In addition to learning the physical skills of cooking, each class will emphasize the history of the cuisine involved and the food science employed. 

Classes are taught by Mark DesLauriers with occasional guest appearances by other Professional Chefs.
