What you'll learn in this food tours class:

The city of Lowell has seen an incredible revitalization in the last decade. The home of the country's first CVS, Market Basket, and co-ed public school, Lowell is a unique city. It was once home to 40 mills; most have been re-purposed into museums, art spaces, and residences.

Join us on a special tour of Mill No. 5, a historic textile mill built in 1873 that now offers a unique shopping experience. We'll learn about the history of Lowell, sample delicious local cheeses and other edibles, and create our own personalized tea blend.

Well-behaved pets are invited to join the tour!

Please note that gratuities are not included in the ticket price. It is customary to leave a tip at the end of the tour. Recommended amount is $10/guest. Thank you so very much!

My daughter and I absolutely throughly enjoyed this guided tour of the Mill 5 building. Our tour guide was superb! She enlightened us to so many facts and details about Lowell and can’t wait to take her walking tour of downtown Lowell.
